I just heard a story about a seller in New England that is living in a motel because the buyers moved into the property 1 day before closing but then the financing fell through. That was 2 extensions ago....I heard the seller said that they will definitely use a Realtor next time
Thank you for your reply to my post. That is a hard lesson to learn, that our commission is for a very valuable service! We should not hesitate to tell our clients that we work on 100% commission and we don't receive the entire commission.
